My work is inspired by dancers, movement and music.
Kinetic and flowing are adjectives I use to describe my paintings.
I grew up in a family of artists and was immersed in piano and painting.
Photography became my passion in my adulthood, but I always painted some.
I studied at the Atelier Studio School of Fine Art in Minneapolis for 6 years and came back to drawing and painting. My work there helped further develop my knowledge of design.
Some of my work has recognizable subjects, but most are purely abstract.
I believe non-representational art allows people to come up with their own stories about them.
