A Engaging and curious Festival in beautiful Linden Hills, Minneapolis with a little bit for everyone. Featuring 50+ vendors (artists, mystics, reiki, tarot cards, psychics, mediums, etc) and live music throughout the day.
Art on the Edge is Back on Saturday, July 22, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.“Art on the Edge,” hosted by Everett and Charlie and the Edge Magazine, a festival where art meets metaphysical.
More than 60 visual art and holistic vendors, from painters and potters to psychics and yogis, will gather along West 43rd Street (East of Upton), as well as a secret garden space behind Everett & Charlie art gallery. Event goers also will enjoy live music, author readings and book signings, Psychic Gallery reading, and an array of other experiences and offerings.
“We want this event to be magical for adults and kids alike,” says Suzie Marty, Everett & Charlie owner and cohost of Art on the Edge in partnership with Kelly Wagner, owner of The Edge magazine.
“We’re not your ordinary art fair,” Marty continues. “Art on the Edge is part psychic, part art. We believe both elements hold such amazing energy, and it made sense to put them together.”
Adds Wagner: “With Art on the Edge, we aim to help people connect with and appreciate both the visual arts they can see and the metaphysical ones they can’t. **Something else here/benefit to attending**.”
Marty points out that Linden Hills is a “gem of a community that embraces all these modalities,” yet it doesn’t have its own art fair.
Marty has a history of creating events that communities embrace. She more recently founded the Summer Sidewalk Music Series in Linden Hills in partnership with Lake Harriett Brasserie. What have the edge events pioneer the metaphysical events in the twin cities back in 1992. EXPAND on..
“It’s all about the community,” Marty says. “I love bring people together for the sake of bring people together for joy. When people come together, I think they realize they share more in common than they know.
